Delivery processing time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not dispatched or delivered on weekends or bank holidays.

If there will be a significant delay in dispatch of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

“Backorder” and “Made To Order” products will take longer to be dispatched as they need to be manufactured. This could add an extra 5 working days to your order.

International Delivery

Dispatch confirmation & Order tracking

If the delivery method you have chosen includes tracking, you will receive an email confirmation of your dispatch and tracking details.

gildedfetish.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

gildedfetish.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order has been damaged during delivery, please contact the delivery agent to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
