Delivery processing time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not dispatched or delivered on weekends or bank holidays.
If there will be a significant delay in dispatch of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
“Backorder” and “Made To Order” products will take longer to be dispatched as they need to be manufactured. This could add an extra 5 working days to your order.

International Delivery
Prices for international delivery are based on weight, destination and service chosen. This is calculated and displayed on the checkout page.

Dispatch confirmation & Order tracking
If the delivery method you have chosen includes tracking, you will receive an email confirmation of your dispatch and tracking details.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
gildedfetish.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Deliveries to destinations outside of the UK may incur a Customs and/or Import charge. These are dependant on the recipients delivery county, and may be imposed on clearing international borders. The customer is liable for all customs and duty charges, including additional VAT. If these charges are not paid, the parcel is returned to us by the postal service. The order will be refunded in full, minus any postage paid.
Damages
gildedfetish.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order has been damaged during delivery, please contact the delivery agent to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Free Shipping
Free shipping is provided on the cheapest option available. For UK shipping addresses, orders above £49 will be shipped via Royal Mail 2nd Class. For all other destinations, orders above £150 will be shipped using Royal Mail International Economy. Tracking is NOT available on Free Shipping. If you require shipping tracking, please select the appropriate option when checking out.
